Abstract: Interneural computing allows computational models to represent and process information by accumulating myriad activity-dependent changes of coupling weights between ensembles of neurons. Our approach to regulate ensemble activity is based on the construct of pruning maps, which identify how well the changes of coupling weights between neurons may resolve the circulation states or ows of neural ring states in neural dynamics. As an application, we design a mobile robot with an interneural computing scheme which can chase a moving target adaptively.
